Questions on Submission of Medicine Receipts and Certificates

Our medicine scheme depends on the medicine purchased. After purchasing a specified number of medicines, you can get free of cost medicines after uploading the receipts to your profile or submitting to our representative or sending them through electronic media.

If you sign the ‘Consent to Accept Medicine’, we will understand that you have accepted the medicine correctly. When you and your doctor sign the ‘Consent to Administer Medicine’, we will understand that the medicine has been properly administered to you. After signing both the documents must be returned to our representative.

These two documents 'Certificate of Acceptance of Medicine' and 'Certificate of Administration of Medicine' are very important for us. If you fail to provide these documents to our representative, we will not be able to provide you with any free of cost medicine afterward. Through these documents, we will ascertain the Directorate of Drug Administration that we have given the free of cost medicine to a patient and that the patient has administered the medicine correctly.
